NHS Talent connects and develops talent across health and social care.

The timebanking platform, supported by NHS England and endorsed by regional Heads of Talent, fulfills the need to cultivate leaders with appropriate skills and behaviours in the ever-changing health and social care sector.

Karen Chummun, Head of Talent for London, introduced 'talent timebanking' in the NHS to advance equality, diversity and inclusion in talent management.

NHS Talent empowers individuals to control their own career development journey.

This is done through the timebanking system where factors like age, occupation, location, background, experience or seniority don't influence a member's value. One hour equals one credit.

Our software allows people to select initiatives, interventions and support personalised to their career development needs.

We know that transparent and equitable mechanisms for offering bespoke support to staff from under-represented groups are needed across the whole of health and social care. That's why we have built a national talent platform, built on established timebanking principles, that is entirely dedicated to talent management.

The platform offers a transparent and equitable approach to talent management.

With the potential to expand to over one million NHS employees, our software and policies have undergone rigorous due diligence.

The Made Open team has actively engaged in risk assessments, data protection, digital assurance assessments and cybersecurity (PEN) tests.

We have successfully assisted our client through every step of this process, passing all checks and assessments with excellence.
