Messaging: Admins now have the ability to send out ‘in-platform’ messages to all members.
Search: Members can now more easily connect with other members from a filtered search.
Speed: Within the Ideas feature, ideas and comments instantly reload after submission. Watch video
Mailchimp: Mailchimp accounts can now capture each members' user-type, allowing for better targeting.

Instant messaging: messages within direct messages and team chatrooms now refresh in real-time (no need to refresh page).
Notifications: members now receive fewer email notifications as messages are grouped together and sent every 4 hours.
Mute button: a “mute” option allows members to switch off notifications within their inbox.

Improved registration flow: - pre-registered users return to their visited page when they register.
Members stream: members with more complete profiles appear above those without.
Profile completion prompts: we’ve added useful prompts and visual aids to invite members to complete their profiles.

Improvements to member profiles - we've made design improvements to the member profile pages. This includes adding new prompts to encourage members to complete their profiles and enabling them to embed a video link about themselves.
New homepage button options - we've added new customisable home page buttons that can link to specific filtered activity streams and content.
Site speed improvements - we've upgraded our server configuration and added site-wide caching to speed up different areas of the site when being viewed by visitors.

New 'Help' section - we've added a new help page template with standardised content.
Improvements to search - we've made searching for members and activities on the platform easier for users.
Email customisation options - platform admins now have the ability to customise platform emails and send them in multiple languages.
Improvements to Timebank administration - we’ve added a simple additional step allowing Timebank admins to decline timebank applications.

Improvements to Timebank administration - we've made it easier for admins to view and message members as part of the Timebank application flow.
Speed improvements - improvements to speed when searching for activities and members.
New notification emails - added additional notifications for members who start conversations with members.

Improvements to the 'Teams' feature - we've made improvements to the Teams feature including the ability to delete a project team via the team settings page.
Mailchimp newsletter integration - we've added the ability for platform owners to integrate with their Mailchimp account for sending email newsletters.

New ‘Conversations’ feature - we've added a new activity type called Conversations. Giving members the ability to start an open discussion about anything simply by choose the ‘Start a conversation’ option.
Instagram link option - members can now add an Instagram link to their profile.
New notifications for Timebankers - we've added a new notification for timebank exchanges (when a member claims credits).
Improvements to filters admin - we've added the ability for admins to order filter items in a custom order rather than only alphabetical.

CMS improvement for site speed optimisation - As part of our work on improving the speed of the platform in light of increased traffic, we have made various updates to the Member management section in the Content Management System.
Improving member search - The main focus of this work has been to make the loading of this page and searching members quicker. Instead of loading up all the members in a list and then searching, you'll now be required to start off by either searching for a user's email, name or username or by using one of the quick links before seeing a list of members.
